Ground for Spring Broccoli is prepared!

These faba beans have been growing vigorously throughout the winter, fixing nitrogen in the ground. As soon as the weather gets a bit drier, we will be planting spring broccoli 🥦🥦🥦 right where Rob and Tobi are standing. The beans will be crimped down, topped up with some extra silage mulch and we will plant straight into it (no till!)

Cabbage Harvest 🤩

Delicious and tender live2give green cabbage in plenty! We harvested this season cabbages for an organic sauerkraut company as well as for all of you on Friday. Great teamwork, great winter nutrition.
